Payment

We accept online payments via Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as bank transfers. Cash on delivery is currently unavailable.

Your order will be confirmed once full payment has been received.

Pricing

All prices on our website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices may change as market prices and the costs of materials and production change, or during sales and special offers.

You will be charged the price shown when your order is accepted.

Sale 

Orders placed during sales will be dispatched within one to one and a half months from the date of purchase, counting business days only. This timeframe excludes shipping transit time.

Promotion Codes

Each promotion code can be used only once and cannot be combined with other codes or offers. Codes must be used by the stated expiry date.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used only for online purchases made through the SAI website.

Gift cards are sent digitally by email.

Each gift card is valid for three months from the purchase date.

Expired gift cards cannot be extended or reactivated.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

SAI is not responsible if an incorrect email address is provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed.
