Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through DHL and Aramex.

Shipping Fees

Within Saudi : A shipping fee of SAR 50 applies to all orders.

GCC Countries: A shipping fee of SAR 150 per order applies to deliveries within the Gulf countries.

Other Countries: Shipping fees are calculated separately based on the destination. All orders outside the GCC are shipped exclusively through DHL.

Shipping Address

Please provide the recipient’s correct and complete name, address, and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Priority

Full-price backorders receive delivery priority and will be delivered within 14 - 20 days. Orders placed during sales and seasonal periods may take up to one and a half months.

During sales, national celebrations, and holidays, order processing may take between one month and one and a half months, counting business days only. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are outside our control.

Exceptional Circumstances

Order processing or delivery may be delayed by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, government restrictions, border closures, political events, or transport disruptions.

In some cases, we may need to switch from air to land shipping, depending on the circumstances.
