Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives with a defect caused by an error on our part. In such cases, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no extra cost.

This does not cover changes of mind, color preferences, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Alterations are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item.

Alterations

Please review our size chart and check your measurements carefully before ordering to ensure you select the correct abaya size.

Alterations are subject to an additional fee and take 2 weeks to complete. Pricing depends on whether you require a full abaya alteration or a length adjustment only. Please contact us with your alteration request, and we will provide a quote based on the changes required.

Please note that alterations are not provided for sale orders.

Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees related to alterations. If an item needs to be returned because of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or a damaged item, we will cover these costs.
