Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected delivery method.
Additional charges may apply for remote destinations or oversized items.

Kindly note that during peak seasons and busy periods, delivery times may extend up to one and a half months.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the abaya’s total cost is required to confirm your order.
Production will begin only after the deposit has been received.

Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective.
In the rare event of a defect, we will gladly arrange a correction or replacement service at no additional cost.

Kindly note that this applies only to errors made on our part, not to changes of mind, color preferences, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer after the order has been delivered.
